Manchester Photo Diary - Day 1
So as you know I recently went to Manchester for 3 days and 2 nights to see my sister at university.
So we caught a train at 11 am from London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly. The journey was about two hours and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. As soon as we arrived we went to Trafford Centre a huge shopping centre. When we arrive I was utterly shocked it looked like a super luxurious hotel! It was seriously nicely decorated with loads of statues and fountains, there was even a massive marble staircase that you go up to enter, but it was the food court that really impressed me. There was a small turn into the food court and I would have completely missed it if it weren’t pointed out to me, but it is huge! It was like a second shopping centre JUST FOR FOOD!! There were countless amounts of restaurants and signs that would point you to different restaurants like there was one that said china town and it pointed to a whole ‘street’ of Chinese restaurants! But the actual food court was decorated like a cruise and reminded me of the titanic the ceiling was even painted to look like clouds. If you go to Manchester I DEFINATLEY recommend Trafford centre because it is soo big and has so many food options from KFC to T.G.I Fridays. When we got home we then went to a local Korean restaurant which was really nice.
